Ordering If You Shoot Both Film & Digital

This is for account holders only.

Shooting both film and digital at one event is not a problem at Candid 2000. Send your order as if it were a film only order, but include a CD of your digital files. We will combine the images for you and number them consecutively. You will use "Print Ordering" and e-commerce software.

Here is how to order:

  1. We process your film and scan it to make image files. Next, we combine the scans from your film with the digital files you sent on CD and number them consecutively. You can order prints for use as previews at this time or you can wait until you have had a chance to edit and crop the images.
  2. We post the images for you to download into "Print Ordering" software.
  3. We return your film to you and store the images for future orders.
  4. Our "Print Ordering" software lets you edit, crop and sort your images. It also allows you to make sales presentations, view two images side by side, or create slide shows.
  5. Using our software, FTP your order to the lab.
  6. You can place additional orders at any time because we store your images for 180 days.
  7. After 150 days, you can extend the storage time or buy a CD of your scans for future orders.
  8. To display and sell your images online you can import these images into our e-commerce software. There is no charge to up load your images.
