Software Overview
The Print Ordering Software is designed to offer you all of our options combined into one program. The Print Ordering Software is both PC and Mac compatible. With this software you may choose to upload your images for storage, printing or use them to design a wedding album. You may use your own high-resolution images or you can download thumbnails of your stored images from our website to use for print orders and album designs. As long as you're ordering from Albums or Print Ordering options you may combine both thumbnail images with your high-resolution images for convenience. Please read over the software guide and if you have any questions feel free to direct those to our customer service team.
Downloading the Print Ordering Software
- Go to www.candid2000.com
- Click on Customer Log In
- Log in with your customer number and password (we originally set the password up as your customer number)
- Click on "View Download Page"
- Click on Print Ordering Software
If your computer has a firewall you may need to add our site to the safe listings or disable it while you load the software and send orders to the lab.
The software uses Java as the base of the program. When downloading the program it will download Java first and then finish the download process by launching the Print Ordering Software.
If you have problems downloading the software, we suggest that you do the following:
- Go to Add/Remove Programs, in your Control Panel, and remove all versions of Java.
- Go to My Computer and right click on the C drive and click Properties, then do a Disk Clean up.
- Go to www.java.com and do a manual download with offline installation. Once it is downloaded it will need to be installed by double-clicking on it.
- Go to www.candid2000.com on the "View Download Page" click on the Print Ordering Software. When the grey screen comes up click on "Direct Launch by clicking here"
